I hate when this happens - need help!

I hate it when people post pictures on the internet from Google Earth of 'interesting things' but they give no coordinates or even a general location! There are varying reasons I'd like to look into these pictures further but I dunno where to locate them on Google Earth - does anyone recognise them? Does anyone have any info on any of them? Thanks!

1) I know this one is in Libya - but where in Libya and why?

2) This one is from Greenland - apparently there is a massive prism for no apparent reason semi buried in the snow - there is also a 'censored' block nearby but I can't find it on Greenland - any ideas anyone?

It's always the little folks who suffer :(

I hear the US Govt is going to pump $50 Billion into infrastructure building to kick start the US economy...I'm skeptical - why? Rewind a little.

The banks via their support of mortgage lenders brought the US economy crashing to its knees. All across America (and the rest of the world) red lights flashed as one bank after another declared it was in serious danger of closing. The USA in a bid to save its faltering finance sector threw billions at shoring them up and solving the problem. Thousands were left homeless as they lost their jobs and hundreds of thousands now sit surrounded by the splendour of negative equity. But wait, it wasn't enough, it did not solve the problem and the squeeze is still on, people are still losing their jobs and then their homes as consumer spending slows. Employment is not rising. So what happened to the banks and the money they were given to get the economy moving again?

There's one shocking fact which disgusts me - the amount of money given to the banks was more than it would take to pay off every single mortgage held by every citizen in the USA. The Govt could have paid everyone's mortgage and said to its citizens 'You owe us now - not the banks' which may well have removed the immediate threat of losing your home but also served the banks well as they would have got the cash they were owed. Instead the money went straight to the banks who are claiming times are still difficult as the money wasn't enough. However it doesn't prevent them from claiming huge salaries and milking the cash cow for all they can get.

The little folks have been screwed again and the banks can smile while evicting those with bad debts. I repeat, the amount of money of given to the banks was more than enough to pay off every mortgage in the USA - so why wasn't it used precisely for that?

706 New Planets Found.... with a little something else

I was watching this over at realufos.com..... just a bit of a report about all the new planets they have discovered with kepla......... BUT @ 24 seconds in if you look to the left of the nasa building in the background and you'll see 2 flying objects.

My first thought was they were birds, but they are beyond the large nasa building therefore the objects to be seen like this are far to big to be birds......
My next thought is that wesh-2 have played a prank to create hype.... a bit too coincidental i think. (would like it if i'm wrong)

Mysterious Segmenting Snake-Like Creature

This incident first came to the attention of Brian Seech, founder of the Center for Unexplained Events, who quickly made me aware of the occurrence. I have had the opportunity to interview the husband who was driving the car during this experience.

This incident occurred on September 19, 2009, at about 3:45 pm, on a beautiful, clear and sunny afternoon, in rural Westmoreland County, not far from Youngwood. A woman, her husband and child were in their car driving along the country road that afternoon. Suddenly, the woman seated behind her husband yelled out, “watch out for that snake.” The man slowed down as they focused on a black snake about four feet long that was slowly moving across the road ahead of them from right to left. The head of the reptile was in the center of the roadway. The fellow told me that while the creature looked like a snake, it did not slither like a snake, but instead, was “gliding real slow.”

Suddenly, something happened that the witnesses are still trying to explain. As the couple watched, the body of the snake broke apart into approximately eight individual creatures. The man related that this happened quickly, almost as if it exploded. Each creature was about four inches in length, but stretched up to approximately six inches as they moved. They were tubular shaped, with no tail, and charcoal black in color. The fellow said he was unsure if there was hair, but what might have been hair was of a “shiny wet” texture.

Each creature seemed to have four feet, two on each side of the body. The feet were hard to describe, since they were black, the same color as the body. They did not notice any eyes. The wife told her husband that she could see the mouth of one creature, which was wide open. The vehicle stopped about ten to twenty feet from the creatures, which were “moving individually, erratically, and extremely fast in the road.” The creatures moved like inch worms with the back hunched up and then stretching flat, growing at least two additional inches in length each time they moved.

Then all of the individual creatures positioned themselves to form a perfect solid black circle in the middle of the road. At that point, an additional similar crawling creature came out of the grass from the driver’s left side, and with extreme speed, joined the others in the circle. They then apparently all joined into one snake-like form, as no space could be seen between the units after they joined together. Then it moved very quickly to the left side of the road into the grass from where it had originated from.

The entire incident was estimated to have taken place in five to ten seconds. No unusual sounds or smells were detected during the experience, but the windows were closed at the time. The man drove the car forward, as they looked to the left trying to see where the creature had gone. They quickly hurried down the road and out of the area.

The witness explained that “the event was surreal, like watching computer generated graphics or animation”. Soon after the event, the wife drew pictures of the creatures, and sculpted what she saw with play-doh. Various reptiles, insects, and animals were researched on the internet to try to find an explanation, but none fit the various characteristics of what was observed.

This report was of much interest to me, as there was an incident I received with some similarities that occurred on June 27, 2009, in Mount Pleasant Township only a short distance from this encounter. During that evening, three passengers in a car watched what resembled over sized caterpillars, about 7 inches long moving back and forth across the road.

Pennsylvania Strangeness Hot Spot and 1973 UFO, Bigfoot Sighting

This one is amazing. This area in Pennsylvania, Westmoreland County, Fayette County, has seen lots of high strangeness over the years, including the October 1965 Kecksberg UFO crash. I saw one blog comment where someone from the Greensberg, Pennsylvania area asked in frustration,

"Is there an underground base around here!??"

This rural area of Pennsylvania is relatively low in population, wooded and, over the years, has seen many odd, low-flying UFO reports and lots of Bigfoot sightings. How about a three-foot tall glowing humanoid or an odd creature carrying a globe of light??

One reason for the higher number of reports might be as simple as the fact that this region has a longtime - and determined - ufologist accepting UFO reports. Any way, physicist Fred Hoyle has launched the idea that life exists all through the universe as cells containing very well protected DNA. The shelf life of those cells i sufficient enough to allow them to travel through space to other planets.

Imagine that.

Live on earth, at the very beginning could have been cause by the same phenomenon as the population of Kerala witnessed during those months in 2001!

New evidence has been discovered that reinforces the panspermia theory that the red rain which fell in India in 2001, contained cells unlike any found on Earth. Panspermia is the idea championed by physicist Fred Hoyle that life exists throughout the universe in comets, asteroids and interstellar dust clouds and that life of Earth was seeded from one or more of these sources.

In 1903, in the German journal Umschau, Svante Arrhenius removed the meteors from the equation. Instead, he wrote, individual spores wafted throughout space, colonizing any hospitable planet they lit on. Arrhenius named the theory panspermia.

A growing body of evidence suggests that it might be Hoyle and Arrhenius might have been correct.

For example, various insects such as have been shown to survive for months or even years in the harsh conditions of space. the Allen Hills Mars meteorite that some scientists believe holds evidence of life on Mars, is that its interior never rose above 50 degrees centigrade, despite being blasted from the Martian surface by an meteor impact and surviving a fiery a descent through Earth's opaque atmosphere.

"Spores," says Gerda Horneck, of DLR German Aerospace Center in K�ln, "can withstand a variety of different hostile conditions: heat, radiation, desiccation, chemical substances, such as alcohol, acetone and others. They have an extremely long shelf life. This is because the sensitive material, the DNA, is especially packed and protected in the spores

In 2001, the inhabitants of Kerala in the southern India observed red rain falling during a two month period. One, Godfrey Louis, a physicist at nearby Cochin University of Science and Technology, intrigued by this phenomena, collected numerous samples of red rain to find out what was causing the contamination, perhaps sand or dust from some distant desert.

Examining the red rain under a microscope he found that the rain water was filled with red cells that look remarkably like conventional bugs on Earth. What was strange was that Louis found no evidence of DNA in these cells which would rule out most kinds of known biological cells (red blood cells are one possibility but ought to be destroyed quickly by rain water).

Louis published his results in the peer-reviewed journal Astrophysics and Space in 2006, along with the tentative suggestion that the cells could be extraterrestrial, perhaps from a comet that had disintegrated in the upper atmosphere and then seeded clouds as the cells floated down to Earth as well as reports in the region of a sonic boom-type noise, which could have been caused by the entry of an object in the upper atmosphere.

Since his initial discovery, Louis has intensified his study the cells with an international team including Chandra Wickramasinghe from the University of Cardiff in the UK and one of the leading proponents of the panspermia theory, which he developed in the latter half of the 20th century with the Fred Hoyle.

The team's new research show that the cells reproduce at a temperature of 121 degrees C. "Under these conditions daughter cells appear within the original mother cells and the number of cells in the samples increases with length of exposure to 121 degrees C," they report. By contrast, the cells are inert at room temperature. The spores of some extremophiles can survive these kinds of temperatures and then reproduce at lower temperatures but nothing discovered to date on Earth behaves like this at these temperatures -an extraordinary claim that will need to be independently verified before it will be more broadly accepted.

Wickramasinghe's team say they've examined the way these fluoresce when bombarded with light and say it is remarkably similar to various unexplained emission spectra seen in various parts of the galaxy. One such place is the Red Rectangle (image above), a cloud of dust and gas around a young star in the Monocerous constellation.

New French aerospace report endorses reality of UFOs

A new French report released on May 31, 2010 concluded that UFOs are definitely real and possibly of extraterrestrial origin. While not an official government study, the Progress Report of the Sigma/3AF Commission comes from a highly credible source, the Aeronautical & Astronomical Association of France, known as the 3AF, which established a Commission on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena back in May 2008. The Commission�s President is Alain Boudier, a former French Defense attach�, and one of its key members is Jean-Gabriel Gresl�, a former fighter pilot who studied at the U.S. Air Force Academy and later became an airliner pilot with Air France, where he experienced a couple of UFO sightings. Gresl� has published three UFO books in France, including Unidentified Flying Objects: An Airline Pilot Talks (Guy Tr�daniel, 1993).

Am I over reacting?

I am having an ongoing disagreement with my family.
Recently my 15 year old daughter moved in with her bio dad. Now when my mother and my sisters have any kind of social occasion that they want Emily to come to (such as dinner at a restaurant or coming up soon my sisters engagement party) they feel the need to include my ex husband in the invitation. This is though he is quite happy with dropping her off and picking her up later. I feel that yes, they should be nice to my ex..be polite to him etc but why include him in family events? It would mean that if i were to attend that i would be having dinner with not only my current husband by also my ex. I have told my family and my ex that i am not comfortable with this but just been told to get over it and as my daughter now lives with him they consider that he is their family now too.
I have a similar issue with my first husbands family. My first husband is deceased and my family never liked him. They refused to come to my wedding as they dididnt like his brother and i wouldnt agree to ban him from my weddinng. Now 25 years later he is a guest at their homes, as is his sister, my ex sister in law. I do not get along with these people at all..very bad history and i would not like to socialise with them. Yet they are also invited to my sisters engagement party. She says that as these people are important to my daughters they are also important to her so they are invited. If it were my daughters party and she had invited them i would be ok about it as they ARE her family regardless of how i feel about them. But to go to my sisters engagement party is beyond my comprehension. I have been told i should get over my bitterness and just accept they now socialize with my family.
I am very hurt and confused. My family will not budge on this...if i want to attend family events i have to accept my former inlaws will be there and also my second ex husband.
